My Eosinophils absolute count is 548.What i need to do to reduce this counts. I am suffering from runny nose from past 4-5 years.please advice me.

Please you may take the given medicine. 1) Arsenic Iod-30, in no 30 globules, to be taken four globules thrice daily before food for 15 days and wait for 15 days again start the next medicine. 2) Cina-30, 3) Teucrium  Marrumverum 30, in no 30 globules, to be taken four globules thrice daily before food no 1 and after food no 2 for 15 days and report me the result for next medicine or advise over on line queries.
