What should take in running nose or common cold .just for 2 to 3 days.no fever no cough.only weakness is present.give advice regarding faster relief.thanx

Looks like it's simple allergic rhinitis. Over the counter anti histamine medicines like levocetrizine 5mg night  (mildly sedating) or fexofenadine 120 mg (non sedating) in the morning for 5-7 days will help. Use nasal drops like otrivin if nose is blocked.
