I am suffering of running nose since last two days. It doesn't allow me to focus on my work. Please suggest me proper cure & prevention.

Hello... You can take steam atleast 3-5 times a day which will give you some relief.....you can use carvol plus while talk ng steam... You can as well take any antihistamine as it may relieve you from symptoms
