After food/fluid intact, abd swells tight. While swollen, feels like I can't breathe as deeply as I need to, intense itch head to toe which lessens as abd goes down, nausea, vomiting, right abd pain, clay to orange colored loose stool, fever 100.6 up to 102.8, feels like blisters on tongue, headache, muscles in arms and legs exhausted, fatigue, marked decrease urine output, dark urine, right flank pain.
