Right hand Middle and Ring finger pain

I am a 38 year old male working in BPO, finance department. I am having middle and Ring finger pain for last ten day in right hand and except the too fingers rest of the hand is ok. Getting medicines like pain killer and vitamin D3 along with physiotherapy but no improvement. All the test were done for uric acid, hemogram, vitamin level and X-ray. All reports are normal. Not able to move mouse any more while on work. Please advise
