Right hand grip

After pregnancy I frequently pick up my baby. And after long time I started writing some or the other thing,so while writing my hand get stuck , feel sensation in first 3 fingers and I can't hold any thing till its get normal. At that time I thought may be its happening b coz of after long time. But the 9 months gone after pregnancy and even right now I am not picking up my baby. The problem remain the same Kindly suggest me exercise or any other blood test.

Most likely your symptoms of your 3 fingers being involved, is due to nerve entrapment at wrist It's common in females in comparison to males

Hello..is the problem present in both hands..it can happend due to nerve getting trapped...how is the the sensation exactly pinprick/numbness..it can be also due to vitamin deficiencies

It seems like the nerve issue from your description. You need to get some of vitamins levels checked as well as some more blood tests. Does this happen in both of your hands ? Do you feel neck stiffness too ? You need to answer some questions so that i can provide you correct diagnosis.
