About a week ago, i noticed a very slight red spot on my right cheek (lower part). Tried several angles and different lighting conditions. Looked like a pimple under the skin to me. So i iced it. (direct on skin), Its been 7 days today. The bump is not that raised and is less red. Also serves mild to no pain. But i can feel it as i touch.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Since I cannot see it, I cannot say much because I'm not sure what it is. Best thing to do is just leave it like that for a few days.
