My right side testicle is having pain sometimes though it seems swelling than left side. This is since childhood as I had a accident.

Get   Doppler Sonography of scrotum done.Do CBC and consult your physician.lf their is any surgical problem consult a surgeon.Till that time Take Tab Burden 400 Thrice a day and cap omez20mg  one daily  for a few days.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Your history is very incomplete.  Which side is the swelling? I would suggest you get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.  He will tell you what it is. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
