Hi... I am ex smoker. I am having a mild pain in the center of chest on the ribs. With movement of chest I feel such mild pain. While deep breathing i don't feel any pain. Please tell me is it something serious or it's a kind of infection. Although i barely do any exercise or yoga due to busy schedule.
