I feel like fainting when I stand up all of a sudden. And I've become too weak. And I get frequent leg cramps and my nose bleeds very frequently. And I'm suffering from stomach ache, diarrhea and vomitings from past 2 days. I had some medicines but it didn't help. Hope you give me a good advice regarding this.
