My foot corn has been removed by laser treatment. The wound is not getting healed since 20 days. Checked for diabetics. No diabetes. Can you suggest any good antibiotics. High power antibiotics is causing stomach camps and loose motion.

Corn removed by laser definitely not recommended, laser will burn small blood vessels, wound healing will be delayed. Wait it will take more time for complete healing.
