Related feces/stool

From 3-4 days I found that some color changes in my feces/stool when I go for washroom at morning.....shapes are normally....but only color changed I found....regularly I eat south indian food.....but last 3 days I eat fried rice at night.....after that I found color change but before that normal color I see......kindly help me what's it's meaning???why it happens???to whom I consult????????I will be thankfully to ur reply

Hi..... Adding fiber to your diet increases the weight of your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines. Slowly begin to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day. Choose whole-grain breads and cereals..... Exercise most days of the week. Physical activity increases muscle activity in your intestines. Try to fit in exercise most days of the week... Don't ignore the urge to have a bowel movement. Take your time in the bathroom, allowing yourself enough time to have a bowel movement without distractions and without feeling rushed.....
