Regarding post 7 days of FET symptoms

Hi. Today i have completed 7 days of FET of blastocyst of 5 days. And today i did HPT, which was clearly negative (BFN). Since almost yesterday I having period like cramp, bloating, back pain and little legs pain. So, is it like I tested it too early? Or it is actually a negative. I am trying not to think. But, this cramp is making me check on my symptoms. Thanks
