Regarding periods after delivery

I have 3.5 month baby 19 days ago I got spotting and then today again I have bleeding is it normal to get your periods while breastfeeding.How long I should refrain from having intercourse after delivery?

Yes it is normal to get your periods while breastfeeding But bleeding or spotting before 21 days is abnormal You don't need to  refrain from intercourse now Just make sure you use a contraceptive

On and off spotting is normal.If you are exclusively breastfeeding it is unlikely you get periods.But if you have any doubt you can do a UPT test. Did you have normal vaginal delivery or LSCS(regarding the intercourse)?
