hi, I can understand your problem , most of people suffering from GERD, tablets r not ultimate. Have buttermilk ,take frequenct meals 4 times a day in small quantity. while sleeping heighten ur pillow , avoid coffee , if its severe have only non spicy foods ,avoid non veg , road side food , curried items take soft foods which are easily digestible , observe ur diet carefully through out day which ever r not good for ur health quite them
