Redness Around Vagina and Anus
Hello,
My Daughter is 3+ and suddenly she is complaining of itching in the parts, on checking it was red and scratching still going on.
Don't want to take her to hospital during this Covid19 period.
Kindly advise.
It could be fungal infection because of increased sweating in the inner genital areas or it could be worm infestation.
Apply candid cream externally mixed with ezinapi cream in equal quantities on the affected areas thrice a day for one week and also deworm her with slbendazole 10ml two doses at 3days apart in the night one hour after dinner.

Generally itching and redness in genital area is because of irritation and allergy. Try to find if change of soap, putting Dettol or strong antiseptic in bathing water or any other skin irritant..
Can apply soothing skin lotion like caladryl twice a day will help
