Red spots in mouth and feeling dryness

I have Red spots in throat, inner cheek, rood of the mouth and inner lower lip and upper lip. It was there before one month and I conducted and ent and took antibiotics so it was gone and now it's came again before 2 days. I have sinusitis issue and always excess mucus formation in throat that crates cough often.. I am attaching picture. Pls advice
