Hi I am 34years old and I have a red spot near my lips on face. It is from last 15years. It doesn't itch and does not increase or decrease in size. I have visited many dermatologist but no improvement. Kindly please tell me what is this ? What its name ? What is its treatment ? And what type of doctor will help in this?
