Looks like HFM disease but it's unusual for this age. If she doesn't have any other symptoms wait and watch it will disappear on its own own If she's having a fever and a rash intensified - consult a paediatrician

It’s an unusual site for common kinds of rash presenting in neonates. From the picture it appears the rash is on the soles, limbs are spared. Please check the mouth too if there is any rash. How are the web areas in between the toes? And also the nappy area? Also keep a check for fever, change in feeding Check for presence of similar rash in family members - we need to be ruling out scabies in the family. Hand foot mouth disease is uncommon for the age but you never know if others in the family have it
Next Steps
It is a good idea to check with a paediatrician to rule out scabies/ fungal infection If fever develops, baby is dull or refuses feeds you have to check with a paediatrician immediately
Health Tips
Please avoid visits from guests for the age group - the immune system of small babies is too immature to fight benign viral infections (and others too)
