Have red tips on my nipples kinda blister like and very tender also have a faint burning sensation in my vagina and I did drink a lot of beer over the weekend?

This is only a local cause,and   it is not related with beer intake.
Next Steps
apply mupirocin ointment over blisters on nipple. use intiwash , a local cleaning method for vagina two times daily. take tablet aceclofenac, along with tablet rantac 150mg two times per day for two days, that subsides pain over nipple and vagina even,
Health Tips
avoid sexual intercourse for 1 week. better use cotton and loose inner wear for 1 week. avoid wetness over nipple. and maintain hygiene.
