I have red nerves in my eye which seem to be increasing as a have a 9 to 5 desk job involving use of computers. There is no pain or discomfort...but a mild dryness...should I be worried?

Hi looks like allergic or irritant conjunctivitis...it be due to excess of stress to eyes...do eye relaxation exercises get your eye checked....consult ophthalmologist they will do the needful
