Hello, considering the pain is coming from TMJ disorder, (i.e if you have pain on jaw movements or pain on pressure at TMJ), it CAN be managed by strengthening exercises for the muscles around the joint. Whether that will give you 100% joint stability will depend on nature and extent of your injury. Considering your profession i.e. boxing you are advised to continue with some basic exercises for jaw to avoid any new injury coming from joint laxity if any.
