QUERY REGARDING FATTY TISSUE AND LIPOMAS

The doctor while performing physical examination of my abdomen told me that I multiple fatty tissue and lipomas under my skin. Is there anything dangerous ? I just went for ultrasound and it was all normal and it didn't show any fatty lipomas or tissue. I also had whole MRI abdomen but it also didn't show it. Reports attached. Can't fatty lumps/lipomas be detected on USG abdomen, MRI or CT whole abdomen ?
