Lateral sphincterotomy was done 5 years ago to correct anal fissure . Patient of IBS , recently no hard stool . But from last 12 days I feel little pain while washing after passing stool but no pain during motion and after motion only during washing after motion. No pain while passing farting . No mass perceived while washing . I have used Smith cream for last 5 days but no change . Please tell medicine .
