I bust my lip open on Sunday and got stiched up immediately. Now there is pus is dropping out from stitches. Is it normal??. Wen can I remove my stiches as it's been 3 day and dey are not resolving one.

Hello there. Pus coming out from any surgical site is not a good sign. It means that there has been a infection at the site. I would suggest you consult a surgeon for further help. Clean the wound area with warm water and apply t-bact ointment. Regards
