Undergone fissure operation before 5 months... altered the diet nd doing good. Not experiencing much constipation as of now.. but I feel like cloudy discharge from ano... I doubt it to be pus... is tat a serious problem... should I get back to surgeon...

You need to get back to the surgeon who did the operation and let him have a look. Sounds like you may have a fistula.
