PRP Plasma injection for Penis concerns

I have a PRP shot scheduled on 6th February for my penis. I'm worried if prp injection penetrates my penile arteries, what could go wrong ? Could it result in instant heart failure or heart blockage ? Or internal or external bleeding ? Another concern I'm having is if prp injection mistakenly is injected into my penile arteries, will the plasma block or clog my arteries ? What will happen ? Im worried Please do answer... Even though this is a superficial question, I'm curious.
