Hello there....., I went through your query.... PRP is platelet rich plasma. It is very safe as the PRP which is made is from the patients own blood , so the chances of allergies and infections are not there..... Cost will be depends upon place to place and upon session requirement as well..... At this time there is not yet clinical proof that it works, but the results are very good....
