Hi doctor. I orgasm very fast maximum 2 minutes and my 2nd orgasm also comes very fast.. by the time 3rd comes its already 2 hours gone. Need tips for improvement on this.

Hello Dear, Having an erection that lasts for 2 hours is absolutely healthy and good. Getting orgasm early can be neglected in front of it.
