I feel like complete urination is not happening and few drops are always remains. Little amount of urine is gone multiple times during potty.

Hi, as you have explained few remaining after urination is quite normal and also passing URINE  during defecation is also normal it shouldn't be cause any major problem, however if it aggravates please do consult your Family physician.
