My father a 79 yrs aged person had gone through surgery of hip joint fracture and till the time he is on urinary cathetar . He is atill n bed ,unable to move , he is now suffering from troubles like the scrotum and penis swelling and pain in lower back . Need help with this to get treated with thos ailment.
