Hello sir my kid is very hyper active and talkative by he is not able to express his feelings. and he is not focused to learn general things, we are thinking it is a neuro problem pls suggest us the solution so that we can come to your clinic for further course of action.

Hello, I went through your query, it is normal thing in a toddler not to concentrate on anything particular or they can be easily distract able by things,, and two year old child Says sentences with 2 to 4 words... First your it is to be differentiated whether it is just a normal developmental growth or abnormal,, please consult a pediatrician in person...
