  3. Probable pneumonia. Fine. plz advise!

Probable pneumonia

I have no external symptoms, except slightly swollen lymph nodes in neck, no fever or caugh. Last fever I hav was for a couple of hours, 5 weeks ago. Doc says I may have TB or pneumonia, but thinks need a CT scan and FNSC. no weight loss or gain. I go to gym 3 4 times a week, and feel fine. plz advise

Hi. I understand your concerns. yes you will need a CT chest with contrast and an FNAC for the same. As there are other possibilities apart from TB as well. Hence needs to be evaluated. Hope your questions were answered. thanks.
