I was diagnosed with para aortic lymphadenopathy in usg report cbc and cue TB were normal Do I need to undergo any other tests? I have constant mild fever and Cold all the times I want to know which diseases are associated with para aortic lymphnodes?? Is this means I have Cancer? Which biopsy needed and how will be the procedure like where to takeout tissue from lymphnode as it is under abdomen does it require surgery? It will be painful procedure? Pls explain in detail like which cancer it may predict during procedure will I be awake or asleep?? Pls im worried
