Not to lift weight more than two kg.
Don't bend on lower abdomen for dusting,pota,etc. Eat properly.plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice etc. Avoid outside food try to consume home made food. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food.
Hygine to maintain properly. That's all.ok.
