My wife is pregnant with current beta hcg 260(may be 4 weeks). Tsh is 7, T3 and T4 normal. Anti tpo ab is >1300. Are these thyroid levels something to worry about for the ongoing early pregnancy?

You have to start Thyronorm immediately. Please consult with your Gynaecologist. A TSH reading of 7 is very high.
