Needs a growth profile scan within 10 days

Growth of the baby lagging by two weeks suggests intrauterine growth restriction. Good thing is that you have already more than 35 weeks and baby has a weight of above 2 kgs. A high protein diet will help the baby grow. Include egg white ,soy chunks in your diet and drink a lot of liquids. You need a Doppler ultrasound which will help us know the about the blood flow to the baby. Due to Breech position you will mostly land up in a caaserean sextion. Intrauterine growth restriction happens due to many reasons. It can be foetal , placental or maternal I guess when it was picked up2 weeks earlier, some treatment was started Along with IUGR water around baby also starts decreasing All indicates delivery of baby by c section n then taking care of newborn outside womb

Take diet rich in protein , cap amino acid once daily, please repeat scan and obstetric Doppler

Hi. The baby is lagging by two weeks indicating IUGR . AfI is normal which is a good sign . Doppler study will help in deciding the delivery time . Mean while continue the treatment as advised . Breech presentation with IUGR , most probably it will be CS .

Gestational age: We count exact gestational age as per 1st sonography. Delayed Conception: Some times due to delayed ovulation, there is late conception. So in such cases, pregnancy shows 2 weeks lag throughout scans. Feta growth restriction(FGR): When conception is not delayed and all ur previous scans show normal growth and in recent scan if growth lagging 2 weeks that means fetus facing Growth restriction. Reason of FGR: Multifactorial. Need detailed history and all scan reports to study. Less baby movements: As baby grows, baby doesnt have space to move completely. So some times u perceive less movements.  But same time if Baby has growth restriction and less movements then its alarming. Keep Baby kick count chart. Baby Kick count: Make a chart for 1 hour after Breakfast, 1 hour after lunch and 1 hour after dinner. (When u have ur food, ur sugar levels elivate and ultimately jr baby becomes more active. So we advice to do kick count after consuming food or sweet or liquids) WHO recommended: 2 hours or fewer than 10 distinct movements are felt within 12 hours (the Cardiff “count to ten” method). Breech position: at 33weeks if baby us in breech position then it is less likely to go in vertex position now. If this is ir 1st pregnancy and its breech then u will require C-section.
