Dear sir Attached report Pleaee find my sister pregnancy report she was 24 yrs and recently married 3 mnths ago.we went hospital  gynicology.she done some scanning and said some cyst is Der I did not understand pls tell me .what is tell me what is in report and how it will cure . And may I know it will go it's own or we have to do surgery.or what . Sometime having stomach pain also 7 week 5 days pregnancy. Thanks

Your sister has a cyst which needs monitoring in next scan again, with the growing foetus, it might grow and can create complications. Talk to your gynaecologist.
