I would advise you to visit the gynecologist so that you can be evaluated and undergo ultrasound to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. These steps will help regularize periods and also help in getting
pregnant:
- Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food
- Exercise regularly (minimum 30 mins, cardio exercises)
- Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation
- Maintain a healthy body and diet (healthy weight as per your BMI)
- Have vegetable juices
- Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet
- Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have the habit
