She has been experiencing weird symptoms since few days after having unprotected intercourse during her last period and few times afterwards over the last couple of weeks. She had her last periods on 28th mar to 31mar and her next period was expected around 8th may. Her symptoms include bad headache, dizziness, fatigue, extreme mood swings and food cravings, increased urination, mild cramping in between that lasted couple of minutes. But yesterday she got her periods, quite early when she never gets early periods. But pad wasn't stained that much, she got a sudden flow in toilet with lot of clumps what seems like tissues. During all this, she had very bad cramping throughout the day, not like menstrual cramps she used to have sometimes. These cramps lasted whole day and were unbearable for her. She was feeling extreme dizzy, and very weak. And now today should be her  second day of period which usually comes with heavy flow but there isn't any. She is again having cramps as she woke up
