Its a very big Fibroid & there will be effect of pregnancy on Fibroid( increase in size , red degeneration etc) as well there will be some adverse effects of Fibroid on pregnancy like abortion, preterm labour , IUGR , malpresentation , prolonged labour, obstructed labour & PPH .
