I am 8 weeks 3 days pregnant. And prescribed with following medication. I was having loose motions and vomiting. Please suggest is this correct medication as I read on Google that Emeset 4 during pregnancy can cause cleft on babies lips .

You have to take half a Kg of Emeset (over a few months) to develop the risk of cleft lip or cleft palate in your baby.
One or two doses will not do any harm to your baby.
By the way the malformations of cleft lip and palate have been known to the human race long before Civilization. So a small risk for such anomalies is always there even if you don't take any medicine.
God forbid, if it happens, you don't have to blame your two doses of Emeset.
