Pregnancy After Unwanted Kit

I got pregnant in Feb month,and i have taken unwanted kit to abortion. Abortion also got successful since it was 1 month pregnancy.After the abortion i am trying to conceive again but i am not able to conceive. Dr saying everything is normal only . no issues with my health. Is this coz of abortion pills? Why i am not able to conceive again? Abortion pills affected me?
