Im recently hit by Varicella Zoster, 24 days back. Currently recovered from it and it's 1 week since then. What diet should I follow? Can I eat potato, non-vegetarian food, specifically Chicken & Prawn. Can I consume alcohol or smoke? If I cannot consume any of the above, untill how many days should I wait?
