Positive urine test and negative HCG tes

I had my last period on 9-7-2022 and on 19th of this month urine test kit showed POSITIVE with one thick and one faint line .on 20th it showed completely NEGATIVE with only one line and on 21st it showed POSITIVE with two thick lines.. and today on 22nd I got blood HCG test done and it indicates <1.20 value. Please let me know whether I am pregnant or not? I am having severe abdominal pain and back pain with lot of  creamy white discharge .
