I have inverted nipples also low supply of of breastmilk only 2 to 3 spoon. How should i increase breastmilk? Now its 15th day I delievered the baby. She's on formula milk

u need to start galactagogues.. diet rich n protein n saunf and jeera are known to increase breast milk supply.. u cn use nipple sheild to feed and also do syringing which may help..
