My Gf is facing health issues constantly back 2 bak frm the last 2 years. She has anal fissure(now better, constipation issue, regular back pain, headache every 2nd or 3rd day, irregular periods and diziness 3 4 times a day almost the other day and  feels fatigue more often. TO START from the start a few years back almost 6 7 years ago she had been suffering with KALA azar (Black Fever) which wasn't cured early after getting Delhi it was cured and after few months an enlarged spleen was found after a few checkups when feeling tummy pain, full at just eating a little, fatigue later luckily she got operation, spleen was taken out and she was told to get an injection every 5 year which was not done. We think the health issue is bcoz of not gettin injection. Fissure is back evry 2 3 months. Fatigue, dizines there .back pain,headache is there. She was in dipression a yearback and recently two scenarios happened where at night bcoz of overthinking she lost consciousness. the last was worse.
