Im 16 weeks pregnant and recently went through sonography.The report says placenta posterior is low,inferior tip is 1.6 cm from OS.Im advised not to bend and avoid using staircase.Can I continue with my daily activities like cooking and my evening walks for 30 mins daily ?Any other precautions i need to take .? Any comments on this will be very helpful.Thanks in advance !

Hello, Only straight POSTURE to adopt and like wise work. Walk to continue. Watch If a bit of spoting or backach just lie down not to move.inform someone who can talk to your doctor n if she demand you than in ambulance u can go not by foot. In such case, usually lscs is the priority, not to go against gynac.remember it is  question of your life.ok.
