I see pink patch on one of my breasts. My skin is a little crumbled sometimes buy It's not painful or itchy. What should I do?

Meet a breast Oncosurgeon or atleast general surgeon for physical examination . Get breast USG done. If there is any suspicion they may advise biopsy based on findings. Cancer lump are usually painless - better not to ignore.
