Phimosis & Frenuloplasty

I have been having problems with my frenulum. I can't pull my foreskin back fully. It hurts. When I try to the frenulum cracks and stings when it gets wet. I don't want to circumcise as I very well know the importance of foreskin. I am just wondering if frenuloplasty would be a good treatment. Thank you

Studies show that carcinoma of penis is more common in people with foreskin and it's less common in circumcised men Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
